Would you wear a Natural Hair Weave?

Almost 2 years ago, I was on Instagram and noticed a lady with HUGE natural hair - she had pictures with it in a big a$$ fro and also in twist outs. I thought to myself, "Oh, if only my hair would get to that length and size." I investigated a little further and lo and behold, it was a WEAVE!!! My new thought was, "What manner of contraption is this?!?!?!?" Anyways, it turns out it was from a company [owned by a Nigerian] that makes wefts of hair that mimic natural hair curl patterns.

There are quite a number of such companies these days, and we're almost getting spoiled for choice. I've even worn them as clip-ins as seen below, and I remembered to take care of my own hair underneath.

There are those though, who would say no to weaves, and instead insist on promoting just their own hair. I'm curious to hear YOUR opinion.

Would you ever use a natural hair weave?

  6. Yes.
Weaves drive me crazy, last time was almost two years ago and I was forced to, bridal train rules.
BUT I like the look of natural hair weaves. When caucasian women wear extensions you usually can't tell because it looks like their natural texture. I'm glad we now have weaves close to ours.
